Comprehensive repair data

I purchased a Single Vehicle DIY Repair Subscription for my older truck last month. Ordering was straightforward on the website, and I got immediate access after payment. I specifically needed the Interactive Wiring Diagrams and those were easy to find and clear to read. The Technical Service Bulletins were also very helpful for tracking down a recurring issue. I didn't need customer support this time around, which is a good sign. The interface was a little clunky on my phone, but on my desktop it was perfectly usable. It has a lot more detail than the old Haynes manual I had.

Always reliable information

I've used AllDataDIY for a few years now, and I just renewed my Single Vehicle DIY Repair Subscription. It's consistently good, just like my previous subscriptions. The wiring diagrams are always accurate and the TSBs have saved me a lot of time. It's why I keep coming back.

Good value with multi-vehicle discount

I was looking for repair info for two cars and found AllDataDIY. The Multi-Vehicle Subscription offer was a better deal than buying two individual subscriptions. The overall cost felt worth it, especially considering the depth of the OEM repair information I got. I looked at some competitors, but the pricing here, with the multi-car discount, sealed the deal for me. It's practical for someone with multiple older vehicles they want to maintain.

Love the detailed guides!

My Single Vehicle DIY Repair Subscription was amazing! The Engine Overhaul Data for my sedan was incredibly detailed. I found all the Fluid Capacities and Torque Specifications I needed. This service makes tackling bigger jobs so much easier. I will absolutely subscribe again next year! Highly recommend it to anyone who likes to work on their own car.

Does anyone know if AllData DIY has discount codes floating around? Like for first time users or something?

B Beth Lindqvist 2 months ago
Definitely. I got $10 off my first year with a promo code I found online. Just Google around a bit.

They often have seasonal sales too, like around Black Friday or Father's Day. Keep an eye out for those.

Thinking of getting Alldata DIY for my old truck, but wondering if it's actually any good for older cars? Mine's a '98.

R Ryan 2 months ago
Yeah, it should be fine. I used it for a '95 Civic and the info was all there.

They say it covers a pretty wide range of years, so '98 should be no problem. The data is directly from the factory manuals.

How does Alldata DIY compare to Haynes manuals? I've always used those but thinking of switching.

C Carly A. 2 months ago
Alldata is way more detailed, like factory service manual level. Haynes are good for basic stuff, but Alldata has all the wiring diagrams and TSBs.

It's a huge step up from Haynes. You get way more specific info, including things like diagnostic trouble codes and labor times. Haynes is more general.

Is the information on Alldata DIY like, really accurate? Is it the same stuff the pros use?

M Mark 2 months ago
It's basically the same data that actual repair shops get. They pull it straight from the OEM.

From my experience, it's super accurate. I've cross-referenced it with other sources and it's always spot on.
